Burger & Lobster

If you want to sink your teeth into an explosion of puree indulgence, you should come to Burger and Lobster in Bree Street in Cape Town and order yourself a Lobster Royale.
For the uninitiated, Lobster meat is tender with a juicy texture. It’s succulent and delicate with a strong flavor profile balanced between sweetness and the saltiness of the sea.
The Lobster Royale is a toasted sandwich with fired lobster meat, ranch mayo, cos lettuce, lobster mayor, pickles, and onions which is served together with fries and in my case a necessary bib.
