The Little India Restaurant

I’m Nick Hamman and I’m looking for the best Indian Food in South Africa and today I’m checking out The Little India on Musgrave in Durban which serves authentic South Indian Food.

South Indian food is a symphony of bold spices, fermented batters, and coconut-laced curries, where every dish,from dosa to sambar, is a masterclass in flavour, texture, and time-honoured technique. Here, it’s cooked to order so you can expect a wait, but I can promise you it’s worth it.

I went for South Indian crab curry, a fiery, coconut-rich explosion of coastal flavour, where sweet, tender crab meat swims in a luscious gravy infused with roasted spices, curry leaves, and a kick of chilli so seductive it makes your tongue dance and your soul sweat.

This was brilliant, but damn it was hot. Look at me drenched! I would highly recommend checking out The Little India for yourself, but if its not the best Indian Food in South Africa, you need to let me know in the comments where I’m going next.
