I’m Nick Hamman and I’m on a Culinary Journey Through Mzanzi, One Magic Meal at a Time and today I’m paying tribute to a local classic that calls Durban home, The Bunny at a spot you’d easily miss, Spice Kitchen in Rivonia.

For anyone who doesn’t know, there’s a big, proud difference between Durban Indian cuisine and other parts of the world and this spot is proudly flying their unique flavour flag high in Joburg. As the heat builds I need the only thing that will satisfy this recipe for magic - the beautiful thirst quenching respite of an ice cold coke.
