Ribs & Burgers The Neighbourhood Square

I’m Nick Hamman and together with McCain I’m here to plug you in on an epic place to indulge in great food – Ribs&Burgers with branches in Johannesburg and Pretoria. I’ve come to their store at Nicolway together with McCain who’s challenged me to visit some of the best spots using their iconic chips. Taking on the Rib Fest, I went to Memphis. Succulent, tender baby back pork ribs with BBQ basting served with a brioche bun, pickles, lime black pepper and herb aioli and jalapeno and corn slaw

Bringing the meal together are fresh, crispy, McCain fries, together with a good crack of salt and plenty of tomato sauce.

Next I tucked into the Wagyu Royale Burger 200g South African Wagyu patty, American cheese, special sauce, pickles, lettuce & beer battered onion ring. Ribs&Burgers also has stores at The Marc in Sandton,
