Run by the man himself, a colorful character who’s lived a thousand lives in the passionate pursuit of adventure though music, art, culture and food, Sanza emobies a rare and beautiful spirit that you’re immediately immersed in upon arrival. A self-professed gastronomic smuggler, Sanza is inspired by his experience of immersing himself in the tastes and flavours of Africa and the world through his travels. Each experience is unique, beginning with cocktails, which flow freely throughout the night, beginning with uzo, dry lemon, and grape fruit while the guests arrive and Sanza completes the cooking. The idea is simple, strangers break bread together and become friends. Sanza tells wild stories about Yoville’s past and present, making a compelling case for its significance, sharing annecdoates of how he's cooked for greats like High Masekela, Dave Chapelle and Anthony Bourdain

With too much to mention it all our spread included dishes of rice from Guinnea with saffron, kale, toasted coconut and sour spices, Egyptian Chicken cooked with lemon, sweet potato and pumkin leaves and powder extracts from sunflower seeds, Mozambique red snapper, smoked, grilled and baked with bell pepper and fermented vinegar sauce topped off with dessert.
