Yue Hua Chinese & Sushi Restaurant

I’m Nick Hamman and I’m looking for the best Chinese restaurants in South Africa and today I ordered from the takeaway menu of an absolute institution, YueHua , a Cantonese spot inside the Rivonia Central Shopping Centre in Johannesburg. I’ve decided to start posting pics of the menu in my posts. Let me know if it’s helpful.  My recommendations include sweet sour chicken for R89, chicken chop suey for R89, and chicken Foo Yong, also for R89. The food is classic Cantonese, fresh, high-quality ingredients, delicate flavors, and diverse cooking techniques like steaming, stir-frying, and roasting.
