Sakhumzi Restaurant

If you want to eat delicious, traditional South African 7 colors styled food, you need to come to Sakhumzi on the historic Vilakazi Street in Orlando West, Soweto.  The only street in the world where once two Nobel Peace Prize laureates lived, it's worth noting it is very touristy, but still very much worth a visit. Sakhumzi offers a buffet for R250 where you’ll find beetroot, chakalaka, pap, samp, cabbage, gravy, trotters, chicken, beef stew, mogodu and more. I’d highly recommend checking Sakhumzi out, but if it’s not the best place to get traditional, local South African food, you need to let me know in the comments where I’m going next.
