The Kitchen of Oz

I’m Nick Hamman, and today I’m chowing with England's least favorite prop, the legendary Retshegofaditswe 'Ox' Nché. A springbok warrior deserves an epic meal, and so I brought him to one of my favorite places, The Kitchen of Oz in Emmarentia, and asked them to whip up something special. Never disappointing, they made a Smokey Rump Roll. 200g flame grilled BBQ style Rump steak topped with low and slow smoked brisket. Garnished with red onion and their in-house pickled mustard.

In addition to being an absolute beast on the field, Ox is one helluva nice guy. Quick-witted, measured, and a great conversationalist, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal together. Let me know in the comments who you’d like me to take out for a meal next.
