I stopped by Zhao Ji La Mian Guan (赵记拉面馆), a traditional hand-pulled noodle shop, and ordered their Sichuan Beef. The rich, spicy broth packed that famous Sichuan numbing kick, while the beef and noodles made for the ultimate winter warmer.
