I’m Nick Hamman and this monster of a kota comes from chef Natalie sass, a true hustler hailing from Alex Township in Gauteng who runs a restaurant called 21st Sass Foodie, the exquisite taste. Hailing from a long line of cooks, she’s taken the baton further, running her own spot as well as consulting for many other popular food joints int the area, and this bad boy is a finalist in the SuperSoft Kota Competition, so if you’re keen to support a young entrepreneur from Alex, run to the comments and show her some love. The competition this year has sparked plenty of debate around what does and doesn’t constitute a proper kota and this last number offering is loaded with 2 fried and juicy chicken breasts, what seemed to be every processed meat known to man, sauce galore and deliciously spiced chips.
