Marozitas

I’m Nick Hamman and I’m looking for the best Kota in South Africa and today I’m in Polokwane trying out Marozitas. Placing my order for delivery on whatsapp I went for the Seshego Kota for R60. This was classic, true to the original, OG Kota magic. Atchar, chops, palony, cheese, Russian, Vienna and lots of messy, delicious sauces. A township staple since the 60s, this is heritage food, an inextricable part of the South African story and here they more than know what they are doing. Perfect balance of flavour, true to form, and generously portioned, I would highly recommend trying out Marozitas for yourself and I’ve left the details in the caption, but if this is not the best kota in South Africa, you need to let me know in the comments where I’m going next?
